Knock-down Stair Systems

SAFETY LADDERS
Store-Rite Safety Ladders are designed, engineered and manufactured by Store-Rite in Mississauga, ON. A Safety Ladder is sometimes required as an additional method of egress from a mezzanine or raised storage platform, particularly where there is insufficient space available for an additional set of stairs.
HANDRAILS
VERTICAL PICKET HANDRAILS
Store-Rite vertical picket handrails meet the most stringent building code requirements; the pickets themselves are solid ½” steel bar, framed with Steel Angle and then bolted to HSS handrail posts. Vertical picket handrails are a premium handrail product.
WIRE MESH HANDRAILS
Cost effective Store-Rite wire mesh handrails meet the requirements for the majority of storage platform installations; 2×2 10 ga welded steel wire mesh is framed with Steel Angle and then bolted to HSS handrail posts. Wire Mesh handrails can be extended vertically to improve floor to ceiling protection against potential fall hazards.
BI-LEVEL HANDRAILS
Store-Rite bi-level handrails are manufactured from Canadian sourced 2×2 HSS steel and are a fully welded handrail product. It is always advisable to engage an architect that is knowledgeable with respect to local building codes, prior to selecting a handrail style.
