Synergy Scenic Tours is a private touring company operating in Melbourne and across Victoria, Australia. By booking a tour with Synergy Scenic Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
(or deposit where applicable). A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address
provided at the time of booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all booking details
are correct.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Synergy Scenic Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price changes after payment has been received.
Each tour page clearly outlines what is and is not included in the tour price. Meals, entry fees, tasting fees, and personal expenses are generally not included unless specifically stated. Synergy Scenic Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred beyond the confirmed tour inclusions.

• Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the agreed pickup time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or forfeit of the booking without refund.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the tour activities booked.
• Guests must inform Synergy Scenic Tours of any medical conditions, mobility requirements, or dietary needs at the time of booking.
• Guests must behave in a respectful manner toward the guide, vehicle, and other guests at all times.
• Synergy Scenic Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove a guest from a tour if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Synergy Scenic Tours accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Tours are recommended for guests aged 7 and over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
All tours are conducted in a licensed and insured commercial passenger vehicle. Synergy Scenic Tours holds CPV accreditation through Safe Transport Victoria and $20 million public liability insurance. All guests must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
Synergy Scenic Tours reserves the right to modify tour routes, stops, or itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where significant changes are necessary, guests will be informed as soon as practicable.
Synergy Scenic Tours’ liability is limited to the value of the tour booking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Scenic Tours is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in a tour.
Synergy Scenic Tours may take photographs or video during tours for use in marketing and promotional materials. Guests who do not wish to appear in such materials should advise the guide at the commencement of the tour.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
